Delivery assurance

Choosing an ERPNext partner isn't really a software decision.

It's a decision about who gets to run the systems your business depends on every day. This page sets out exactly how we discover, build, migrate, train, launch, and support every ERPNext implementation — so you can see the process before you commit to it.

Our delivery methodology

Discovery to hypercare, step by step.

01

Discovery methodology

Every engagement starts with structured discovery: mapping your current processes, auditing your data, identifying risks, and agreeing scope — before any configuration work begins.

02

Business process mapping

We document how your business actually operates today, not just what the org chart says, and use that map to drive fit-gap analysis and module sign-off before build starts.

03

Development, UAT and production environments

Configuration and customisation happen in a separate development environment, move to UAT for your team to test, and only reach production once they're signed off — changes never land directly on your live system.

04

Data migration rehearsals

We run dry-run migrations against real data before the live cut-over, so migration issues surface and get fixed in rehearsal, not on go-live day.

05

Validation

Every migrated dataset is validated against the source system before it's trusted — checking record counts and key relationships reconcile before sign-off.

06

User acceptance testing

Your team tests configured workflows against real scenarios before go-live. UAT sign-off is a defined milestone in the plan, not an informal check.

07

Change management

We help prepare your team for what's changing and why, so the new system lands as an upgrade to how people work, not a disruption discovered on go-live day.

08

User training

Training is a standard stage in the plan, delivered to your team before go-live so they can operate ERPNext independently from day one.

09

Go-live process

Go-live follows a rehearsed cut-over with a defined window, agreed in advance so the switch is controlled rather than a surprise.

10

Hypercare

After go-live, we stay close through a hypercare period — watching closely and fixing issues fast — before handing over to standard support.

Ongoing partnership

What happens after go-live.

SLA and support

Every implementation has a named support contact, and issues are triaged and escalated by severity rather than handled ad hoc — not an anonymous ticket queue.

Backup strategy

ERPNext instances run on Frappe Cloud's ISO 27001-certified environment, which includes managed backups as standard — you're not relying on a bespoke, unverified backup process.

Upgrade strategy

Customisations are version-controlled and tested in staging before every upgrade, so new ERPNext releases don't break the workflows you depend on.

Custom application management

Custom Frappe apps and integrations we build are documented and version-controlled, so they stay maintainable long after the original project team has moved on.

Code ownership

Everything we build for you — custom apps, integrations, configuration — is yours. You own the code and the IP; nothing is licensed back to us or withheld if the relationship ends.

Security, compliance and escalation

How we protect your data and respond when something goes wrong.

Security

We deploy to EU-aligned infrastructure or your preferred region, on Frappe Cloud's ISO 27001-certified environment, with access controls scoped to the people who actually need them.

GDPR

Data residency, processing, and deletion are matched to your GDPR requirements as part of setup, not bolted on afterwards — and we can provide a data processing agreement on request.

Escalation process

Every implementation has a named support contact as the first point of escalation. If something needs deeper technical input, it goes to the senior architect who scoped your project — not a general queue.
